Attorney Eglantine M. Pauvarel Moss has many years of experience in the practice of immigration and nationality law, with a focus on corporate immigration law. Eglantine graduated from the University of Houston Law Center and is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas. Prior to opening her own practice, Eglantine gained valuable experience working as a legal assistant and law clerk in various law firms around Houston. She has helped numerous individuals, entrepreneurs and companies with their employment and family-based immigration needs
As an immigrant herself (French-American dual citizen) and a young entrepreneur, Eglantine understands the challenges involved with relocating to a new country, moving a family, and beginning a new position or operations abroad. Raised in Toulon, France, Eglantine graduated from the prestigious Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Aix-en-Provence in 2005. During a study-abroad program at Louisiana State University, Eglantine met her husband, which prompted her immigration to Houston, Texas.
As an attorney, Eglantine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and actively participates in many local chambers of commerce and bicultural associations. In the fall of 2016, Eglantine presented a workshop entitled “Want to Work as a Scientist in the USA? Know Your Immigration Options” with the Association of Women in Science, Gulf Coast Houston, and in the spring of 2017, Eglantine presented a workshop on immigration with the French-American Chamber of Commerce as part of its “Be a Successful Entrepreneur” series.
